We're located in the historic town of East Olmsted Park, in a former school house, and offer a fully equipped studio and a full line-up of yoga classes including: Vinyasa, Hot Power Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Gentle, Core Flow, and Yin. The studio is clean, relaxing, and a blast from the past.



Classes may be chosen for any strength or flexibility that you need. The ultimate workout. Each class is an hour long and contains a variety of yoga techniques including postures, and body weight exercises. It is a fun, energetic way to incorporate yoga into your routine. This is an indoor cycling class focusing on a high intensity interval training (HIIT) method. The class incorporates intervals of high frequency workouts with high intensity cardio intervals. This class takes place in a heated room at a constant 75 degrees. Our signature 60 minute class on the National Premier Training Center's (NPTCC) most popular platform, the TRX suspension trainer! This class will have you moving and stretching like never before.



In our classes we work on the physical body, the mind, and the soul. Our classes teach people to be active and to be healthy. In our classes we learn how to connect with ourselves and our bodies, to listen to our bodies, and to make our bodies, minds and souls stronger. We are a team of people who are dedicated to this. We do things differently. We work together to make the best of our abilities and our passions. We learn, we eat well, we sweat and we laugh. Our classes are open to all ages and abilities. We are always learning.



The top priority in the training room is your health, so if you feel you need extra attention, please bring it with you. To be a more confident yogi, be sure to watch your breath throughout class, but especially in the warm up. You can either choose to have a 15 minute pre-class to loosen up, or you can join a group class to warm up your muscles. To keep your muscles fresh and sore free, the warm up will have a mix in moves that will flow, not just focus on the muscle groups.
